Posted on

Each week, 10 savvy commuters win £10’s worth of loyalty points by tweeting their tips to us at #RSH Guides, for us to share through foursquare. This week, we asked you for your best cultural hotspots in Bristol.

Read on for this week’s winning tips and find out where to go if you’re looking for arts and culture in Bristol…

• Master of the high seas @madwifehere sailed into the top ten this week with a top tip to hop on-board Brunel’s ss Great Britain, an impressive maritime museum that’s been voted one of the UK’s finest visitor attractions.

• Next in our top ten @richrae14 earned himself a spot with his twitter tip to visit Bristol’s Urban Sport exhibition, on for free at M Shed museum until 9 September.

@LindyHine was onto something too with M Shed, and glided into the winner’s circle this week with a top tip to visit the free museum and check out its range of fascinating exhibitions.

@astrotour2010 landed in the top ten this week with a great recommendation to get hands on at the At-Bristol science centre for an exciting day out.

• Art connoisseur @SassyLou31 earned those loyalty points too this week after suggesting an afternoon of culture at the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery to enjoy everything from sea dinosaurs to iconic works of art.

@BerryBerryBlues pulled in the loyalty points this week with a great shout, recommending the Bristol Hippodrome for live music, ballet, concerts and even opera.

@MelissaWanted chugged into the top ten with a top tip to smell the roses at the University of Bristol’s Botanic Gardens.

@saltnvinegar raked in the prize points as well this week with a tweet suggesting a visit to Bristol’s Old Vic. And as this beautiful Georgian space is the oldest working theatre in the UK (having been in operation since 1766), we can definitely see why.

@altontop also claimed a spot on our top ten this week with a great tip to visit Arnolfini, a bohemian arts and culture centre on Bristol’s beautiful harbourside.

• And pulling in the last of this week’s points, @ChocBlock1 steamed into the top ten with a twitter tip to visit Cabot Circus, a futuristic shopping centre in the heart of Bristol with everything from gourmet dining to adventure golf.

Congratulations to this week’s winners – and thanks for all of your Twitter recommendations! If you didn’t win this week, don’t worry – you could win in next week’s competition.

Just don’t forget to tweet your tips to us at #RSH Guides, so you can be in with the chance of winning some loyalty points next week.
