Your top 10 Brighton cafes and coffee shops – #RSH Guides

Posted on

Each week, 10 savvy commuters win £10’s worth of redspottedhanky.com loyalty points by tweeting their tips to us at #RSH Guides, for us to share through foursquare. This week, we asked you for favourite Brighton cafes – because we do like to be beside the seaside!

Read on for this week’s winning tips and find out where to go and grab a cuppa and a slice of cake if you’re in Brighton.

@class450dude was the first to make our top ten this week with a tip to try the New York Coffee Club. It’s not just a place to grab a cracking flat white though – there’s an added attraction at this coffee shop as its run by Peter Andre and his brother.

• Next in our top ten @ha66ie earned himself a spot with a nod to visit The Love Fit Café where you can grab healthier alternatives to scrummy favourites like a cooked English breakfast that’s grilled rather than fried.

@debredprice was onto something too with not one but two picks – Cream Tea in New Road, Hove and Treacle & Co in Church Road. Just the mention of their “fab cakes” is making our mouths water.

@GDRichards landed in the top ten this week too with a great recommendation to try Coffee@33 – the go-to place for artisan or “third wave” coffee.

@toninoice earned those loyalty points too this week after suggesting a trip to the very pretty Tic Toc Café is in order.

@MelanieAnn90 pulled in the loyalty points this week with a great shout, recommending a visit to the Temptation Café in North Laines, post shopping.

@peterbjordan chugged into the top ten with a short but sweet nudge to head to Foodilic where you can eat as much as you like for a set price – great for train travellers on a budget.

@shortbreadjh raked in the prize points as well this week with a tweet to mix sight-seeing with cake and coffee pleasure at the Pavillion Garden’s café.

@TeedotJay also claimed a spot on our top ten this week by recommending The Marwood Café which promises “life changing cake” and coffee prepared by caffeine ninjas.

• And pulling in the last of this week’s points, @goriami steamed into the top ten with a twitter tip to visit Café Coho, an award winning independent coffee shop and tapas bar.

Congratulations to this week’s winners – and thanks for all of your Twitter recommendations! If you didn’t win this week, don’t worry – you could win in next week’s competition.

Just don’t forget to tweet your tips to us at #RSH Guides, so you can be in with the chance of winning some redspottedhanky.com loyalty points next week.
