Find the Fox in a Box – Summer fun for all!

Posted on

It’s not very often that we have the chance to enjoy the beautiful sights of the UK, even when they are little more than a train journey away. That’s why we gave families the perfect reason for a day out this summer, with the Find the Fox in a Box treasure hunts.

redspottedhanky.com partnered with eight beauty spots to hold the treasure trails across England and Wales. At each event, families took on the challenge of spotting redspottedhanky.com’s character Mr Magic Fox and his three friends; Business Bunny, Penny Pig and Gilbert the Goat.

redspottedhanky.com would like to say a huge thanks to each trust for all their hard work and help at each event. Also, thanks to all the families that found the fox – hope you are using your redspottedhanky.com e-vouchers to discover some more treats around the UK.

Take a closer look at the fun we had below…

Wyre Forest

Get ready, set, go! Magic Fox struggled to keep up with the kids of Worcester. This was taken before the heavens decided to open… safe to say the trust’s gazebo came in useful that day.

Langford Lakes

Magic Fox was ready and raring to meet the residents of Wiltshire. His journey was especially easy as the train line ran right outside the trust.

Romney Marsh

A very happy team after a day of lovely sunshine, sea air and searching for the redspottedhanky.com characters in Kent.

Lakenheath Fen

What a fantastic trail – The view over the beautiful Suffolk wetland was a real treat too!

Camley Street

Fox meets Fox! Who would have known there was such a peaceful, green spot in the heart of London, a stone’s throw from Kings Cross?

Parc Slip

This reserve is a real Welsh wonder, and good to see the family are still smiling despite the non-stop rain!

Oakwell Hall

Here’s our delighted team member, who was reunited with Gilbert the Goat after he went missing for an hour…perhaps he went for a cup of Yorkshire Tea?

Brockholes

Magic Fox enjoying the views of Lancashire and beyond!
