Run for charity at the Sunderland City 10k and the Marathon of the North

It’s nearly time to get your running gear on and race to the platform. The Sunderland City 10K takes place on 6 May 2012. This year, it’s got a companion too – the first ever Marathon of the North – and Redspottedhanky.com is sponsoring both events.
