Attracting like-minded festival goers from across the country, there is something for everyone at this fantastic event.

Cowes Week @cowes_week

Nearest Train Station: Ryde Esplanade Train Station

Cowes Week is one of the longest running and best-known sailing regattas in the world, lasting eight days taking place in the Solent waters between 4-11 August 2018. It’s not all about the sailing either. With plenty to do off-shore both day and night, it’s an event worth checking out. Make sure you stay for the firework display on the Friday evening also.

The Big Cheese @visitcaerphilly

British International Balloon Fiesta @bristolballoon

Europe’s largest annual meeting of hot air balloons is taking place in Bristol with over 150 Hot Air Balloons from across the globe in attendance from 9-12th August 2018. The event takes places over four days at Ashton Court Estate where there will also be a large number of trade stands and fairground rides plus extra entertainment.

Ryde Illuminated Carnival

One of the biggest and best carnivals on the Isle of Wight, Ryde Illuminated Carnival is not one to be missed. With thousands of spectators expected, you can guarantee that the atmosphere will be contagious. With loads of exciting acts and entries, it’s not an event to be missed on Saturday 1st September 2018. The same venue is hosting a Children’s Carnival on Wednesday 29th August, as well as their Main Carnival on Thursday 30th August!

Art in the Park @AITPLeamington

Taking place in Jephson Gardens 4-5th August 2018, this year’s theme for Art in the Park is ‘The Three Graces’ which celebrates Leamington’s historic elephants, Wilhelmina, Haddie and Trilby. There are a whole host of different artists displaying their work throughout the weekend, with some fun circus related activities also.
