How can I download the iPhone application?

You will need to go to the mobile pages within our site, click on the iphone link and then follow the instructions. Alternatively you can search for our iphone application in the “iphone applications” area and download it direct.

Do I need to register to buy a ticket?

No, you can buy without registering, however if you do not register you will not earn loyalty points on your purchases

Do I earn loyalty points using the mobile app?

Yes, as long as you register and log in through the app you will earn loyalty points as normal.

Can I use my e-voucher on the mobile app?

Not at the moment, to use your e-vouchers you will need to visit the main site and purchase that way.

Can I get a reservation on the app?

Yes for advance tickets which are mandatory reservations.

How do I collect my tickets using the app?

You can either have the ticket delivered to your mobile phone (if the Train Operator allows this for the service you have chosen), if they do not allow it then you can collect your ticket at the station machines as normal.

What if I don’t want to register?

You can just purchase without registering but you will not have an account and so will not earn loyalty points for these transactions.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Yes you can if the refund rules allow this, you will need to visit the website, my account and start the process off there.

Can I do a change of journey on my purchase?

If the rules allow it, you can but this must be done through the My Account section of the website.

Will I be able to see my purchases in my account

Yes all your purchases will be shown in them account area and if you are logged in through the loyalty area as well.

Can I get a ticket delivered to my phone?

Yes where the Train Operators allow this to happen, it is a very limited service currently.
