How you earn
As soon as you buy your train ticket we automatically create a loyalty account for you and enter you in to our loyalty scheme so you start earning points and rewards straight away with every purchase.
- We will credit your account with a one loyalty point for every £1 you spend
- One point is worth 1 penny for redemption
- Points are credited in to your account within 24 hours of your confirmed purchase
- Log in to your account to see your points balance
How you redeem
When you want to redeem:
- Log in to your account using your website username and password
- Choose the amount of points you want to use against a future rail purchase or to donate to the Railway Children
- These points will be placed into an e-voucher in to your account
- The e-voucher then appears in the My Account section and on the payment page when you make your next purchase
- Please allow 24 hours for points to be available for redemption

At the moment we only give points for train purchases and only allow redemption against train tickets or for our nominated charity the Railway Children , we hope as our site grows and develops we will extend this to other purchases and to our partners.
