Crewe Station (CRE)

Crewe Station is situated in Nantwich Road, on the outskirts of Crewe, Cheshire. Opened in 1837, it has become one of the United Kingdom’s most important rail hubs. It’s on the West Coast Main Line and its services link the North-West of England to the Midlands, London, Scotland and Wales.

Many people pass through Crewe Station on their way elsewhere, but Crewe is an important town. It’s home to one of Manchester Metropolitan University’s campuses and Crewe Alexandra Football Club, both of which are close to Crewe Station.
