Newton Abbot Station (NTA)

Newton Abbot railway station sits on the Exeter to Plymouth Line, which runs all the way from London Paddington to Penzance in Cornwall. The station is located on Station Road on the eastern edge of Newton Abbot in Devon, close to the A381.

Two major operators run routes through Newton Abbot railway station: First Great Western, which runs long distance services between London Paddington and Cornwall; and CrossCountry, which runs intercity services up to Scotland. First Great Western also operates regional services to Exmouth and Exeter. On the Riviera Line, night trains run to Cornwall. A day service also operates (the Cornish Riviera Express).
